Cancellation Policy

Last updated: April 2026. Below are the terms that apply when cancelling your stay at Villa Bolinder.

Cancellation Rules

The following rules apply when cancelling a confirmed booking:

More than 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Full refund.

15–29 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is refunded.

Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund. The full amount is charged.

How Do I Cancel?

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. The cancellation date is counted from the day we receive your message. We will confirm your cancellation within 48 hours.

Refunds

Any applicable refund will be processed within 14 days of the confirmed cancellation to the bank account used for payment. The cleaning fee is always refunded upon cancellation, regardless of timing.

Modifying Your Booking

Would you like to change dates or other details of your booking? Contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate change requests, but cannot guarantee availability for new dates.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, political instability) that make the stay impossible, we offer a full refund or rebooking at no extra cost.
