Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2026. These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings at Villa Bolinder. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

Booking and Payment

A booking is considered confirmed only after we have sent a written confirmation and the deposit (30% of the total amount) has been paid within 7 days. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. For bookings made with shorter notice, the full amount must be paid immediately.

Arrival and Departure

Standard times: Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability. Please contact us in advance if you have special requests.

House Rules

During your stay, the following rules apply: No smoking indoors. No pets allowed. No parties or large events. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM out of consideration for neighbors. Maximum number of guests as per the booking confirmation. The pool is used at your own risk.

Liability and Damages

The guest is responsible for any damage to the villa, furnishings and equipment that occurs during the stay. Damages must be reported immediately. Villa Bolinder is not responsible for loss or theft of the guest's personal belongings. Guests are recommended to obtain travel insurance.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations if caused by circumstances beyond the party's control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, government decisions or similar unforeseen events.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through agreement shall be settled by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction.
