How do I book?
Send a booking request through the form on the website. We will get back to you within 24 hours with confirmation and payment instructions.
What is included in the price?
The price includes the villa with pool, WiFi, towels, bed linen and final cleaning. Electricity and water are included.
How do I get to the villa?
The nearest airports are U-Tapao (Pattaya/Rayong) or Suvarnabhumi in Bangkok. We are happy to help with transport tips. The drive from Bangkok takes about 3 hours.
Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes! There are plenty of restaurants, beach bars and food markets within a 5-10 minute distance.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice after the booking is confirmed. Payment is made via bank transfer. A 30% deposit is due within 7 days, and the remaining balance is due at least 30 days before arrival.
What happens if I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations 15-29 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 15 days before arrival. See our cancellation policy for details.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, all bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. There are also ceiling fans throughout the villa.
Can you help with activities and excursions?
Absolutely! We are happy to help arrange excursions, transport, private chef, massage and other services. Contact us and we will take care of everything.
